Worst service from foodpanda

Dear all,
I had ordered for the first time in foodpanda through the moblie app on 16th December 2014.I had called the customer care officials of foodpanda before ordering them and asked about the discounts and the restaurants that are supporting online payments.They told that in my area in kolkata there are some restaurants that support online payment.i chose one restaurant called indthalia that is supporting online payment and made the order through the foodpanda app and got 50% discount also.Till this it was fine.They had told that this restaurant takes 1 hr for delivery.I waited for long.When also 1 hr had gone an official of foodpanda told me that indthalia restaurant is not accepting online payment now amd will not be able to deliver the food.They have some issues with foodpanda.I told them that it is not the customer’s fault.It was the duty of Foodpanda to disable indthalia’s name from the online payment list well before hand.They told me to order from some other restaurant.I told that i have no more trust in you.I have already lost almost 2 hrs waiting for food.All my family members including kids were waiting for the food.It was a mental harrassment from foodpanda.I told them to cancel the order and refund my money back to my a/c.They told that it will be credited within 24 hrs still it is not credited.Foodpanda is misleading the customers.If this continues like this then customers will loose trust in foodpanda and will not go for it anymore.
