Worst Service with Pepperfry

This is been a Worst experience for me ordering through Pepperfry. I have ordered a Tupperware lunch box.
Surprisingly I didn’t got the lids of the tiffin box.. I am unable to understand the what to do with tiffin box without lids them.

I contacted Customer Care. They have given options as

1. Buy Leads from Outside we will pay: If I wanted to go outside why I would purchase something online???
2. Return the product and reorder.: Again I need to go out and do a courier. TO avoid this headache I use the Online Shopping I guess.

After all this NO body contact from Pepperfry to understand what can be done. I requested to deliver the leads but no response.
I am going advice my family & friends not to use the pepperfry coz you can go out and buy than ordering online.. That’s much Easy!!
Even I try to chat with one of the customer care person. He was also left a same reply about policy!!
Please avoid Pepperfry and Go outside & shop.
