Ajio is the worst and spam platform for online shopping with pathetic & useless customer service. Because even if once your delivery or pickup get stuck due to any reason they won’t be able to resolve the issue. They will keep on giving excuses and you will lose your money. Ajio will never call back for any update, you have to chase them each and every time. It’s been more than 2 months since my return pickup is pending. Whenever I call they give new excuses.

Even I faced issue with AJIO returns and refunds..pathetic customer support ..takes 15 mins waiting time to just connect to an agent...took 3 weeks for refund to be processed

Lodge a grievance with National Consumer Forum on Umang website/app.

I ordered for shirts from ajio, when I opened the parcel I was shocked to find that the shirts were substandard and not what was given in the discription, I immediately asked for return,though the shirts were picked up on 28/7/2022, they have not given the refund. I returned the shirts in the very same condition that I received and I don’t know why they are delaying. Amazon,Flipkart and Myantra refund the amount on the very next day. Therefore innocent customers are advised to be careful while ordering from ajio
