Wrong name on credit card

Icici bank has misspelt my name from "saurabh" to "sasurabh" by adding an additional 's'...same is printed on my card as well. Can it lead to any issues? Has anyone changed their name on card? If yes, please let me know the process.

No issues really, but they should issue you a new card free of charge if you want it.
But check what name is in the receipt you get from POS machine when you shop offline.
