Wrong Reporting / Bureau Score Dropped Uni cards NDX P2P PVT LTD

My experian score dropped to 642 due to incorrect details shared by UNI CARDS i.e., NDX P2P PVT LTD with Experian. In the Experian report my Account with NDX P2P is showing as written off while the same account is shown as normal in my CIBIL report. I have taken up the matter with experian but they denied stating the claim is rejected by NDX P2P. There after I have taken up the matter with Uni Cards and they apologized for the same and committed to get my score corrected with Experian. Now recently I have checked my Equifax score as well and found similar derogatory remarks against my account with NDX P2P, now I have again mailed the details to Uni cards for correction. If anybody is facing similar problems/issue please share.

No, account is still active. It is same Uni paycheck account which credits 50k to your savings account every month. NDX has made the necessary corrections in the report, only score needs to be updated in Experian report.
I have seen large number of people complaining about similar issues on various online platforms. Now the matter of concern is that NDX P2P is also providing similar support of personal loans to CRED as well in the name of Quadriloans. It is suggested that if you have taken Uni Paycheck then you should check your credit score with Experian and Equifax immediately
I have seen same.. Experian score is getting down and cibil is intact
No written off or any delay payment seems entered but don't know why it's getting down

Why written off? Did you close the account recently?
