Xpresbees not delivering the shipment

Please share me the higher officials email I'd of xpresbees.
My fastag from park plus still not delivered, 1 week ago. Shows out for delivery and evening it says I am not reachable.
Any model officer email I'd?
Already emailed custamer care but no response. Called them many times, they will say escalated.

Me too interested in getting the number of higher ups.
Currrently happening with me too. I was suppossed to receive my product on 27-03-2024. Received a message in the evening that I, repeat I, requested to defer the delivery when I didn't!
Again the same thing happened on 28-03-2024. I spoke with their customer care executive. They said they will escalate. Nothing happened and yesterday I received a message that I have declined to share the OTP hence delivery will be cancelled unless I request to redeliver!
Careless, lazy, kamchor are all these people after taking money to deliver my product.

Escalated this to the emails provided by @V76 and received a call within 10 minutes of sending the email. I was told that they will change the deliery person and make sure that my package is delivreed soon.
Guess what, received the message again that my package is out for delivery and just now another message that I refused to share the OTP hence delivery will be cancelled! Again spoke with their CC and was told that they didn't change the delivery boy despite three of their CC walas telling me that the delivery boy will be changed! They have asked to wait for 24 hours more!

It happened to me by Ship Rocket in Hyderabad.
I went to the courier office and took the parcel.
Complaining may not be helpful. So, step out if u want it.
