He is saying New World Order in literal meaning, the context is not that of a conspiracy. Such wiki pages are made in advance and planted years ahead before release of some Hollywood movie. Ignore. Listen again to that video. He is saying New World Order will emerge post Covid and we dont have to fall behind if we want to be there on centrestage. Khud socho koi conspiracy hogi toh woh jaake parliament mein jaake sabko sunaayege?

General usage (Pre-Cold War)
During the 20th century, political figures such as Woodrow Wilson and Winston Churchill used the term “new world order” to refer to a new period of history characterized by a dramatic change in world political thought and in the global balance of power after World War I and World War II.10 The interwar and post-World War II period were seen as opportunities to implement idealistic proposals for global governance by collective efforts to address worldwide problems that go beyond the capacity of individual nation-states to resolve, while nevertheless respecting the right of nations to self-determination. Such collective initiatives manifested in the formation of intergovernmental organizations such as the League of Nations in 1920, the United Nations (UN) in 1945, and the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) in 1949, along with international regimes such as the Bretton Woods system and the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade (GATT), implemented to maintain a cooperative balance of power and facilitate reconciliation between nations to prevent the prospect of another global conflict. These cosmopolitan efforts to instill liberal internationalism were regularly criticized and opposed by American paleoconservative business nationalists from the 1930s on.11[need quotation to verify]

Progressives welcomed international organizations and regimes such as the United Nations in the aftermath of the two World Wars, but argued that these initiatives suffered from a democratic deficit and were therefore inadequate not only to prevent another world war but to foster global justice, as the UN was chartered to be a free association of sovereign nation-states rather than a transition to democratic world government. Thus, cosmopolitan activists around the globe, perceiving the IGOs as too ineffectual for global change, formed a world federalist movement.12

British writer and futurist H. G. Wells went further than progressives in the 1940s, by appropriating and redefining the term “new world order” as a synonym for the establishment of a technocratic world state and of a planned economy, garnering popularity in state socialist circles.

Alright, Alright. Modiji said,“People talk about peace. But major inventions happened during periods of conflict such as WW1 and WW2. The way world is operating will change/ are changing post COVID. And India can win this race by going for Atma-Nirbhar model”.

I don’t see a wrong thing. 0 everyday inventions we owe to World War 2: https://www.findmypast.co.uk/blog/history/10-ev...
Cold War Tech: It’s Still Here, And Still Being Used: The Internet, GPS, reliable transistors and chips: Cold War tech made possible by runaway defence spending. Power of positive thinking is often underestimated. Metamorphosis involves pain, personal loss, tons of sacrifices etc. And it’s not a fun process. If citizens of India really want to have a better life then they have to go through that process. People don’t go through that process. Otherwise they will fail the nation. If we stick to the old things we will remain behind. It is a simple thing to understand. If someone is hell bent upon in sticking to the old ways, there is just one question. Where is the result?

“…the names of the people who imagined the impossible are engraved in history…” Dr APJ Abdul Kalam

People are doing tons of hard work. Imagining the impossible can’t happen by sticking to the old things.
