Yes, I did that last week.I called customer care and requested executive to change Billing Cycle. He gave options to choose from few available dates then created service request for the same and it was resolved within 24 hrs. We can change this once a year, I confirmed with him. I hope from next month onwards I will get statement on selected date.

I had few months ago requested HDFC to change my billing cycle. They declined. Last week I again requested them and showed them the new RBI guidelines. They changed it and I got confirmation SMS and email and bill was generated on new date.
I wanted my due date to be near 6th so he gave me 2 options to choose.
