Any entity that is setting up a payment system in the country shall arrange the ODR system at the starting of the services, the regulator directed
“The authorised PSOs shall implement an ODR system for disputes and grievances related to failed transactions in their respective payment systems by January 1, 2021,” the Reserve Bank of India stated.
Once a customer has lodged the dispute or grievance, a unique reference number shall be allocated by the ODR system. Facility shall be provided to the customers for tracking the status of the dispute or grievance using this reference number.

Hi @abhishek012 can we file chargeback against Flipkart using this? I placed an order with Flipkart paid using UPI later cancelled the same before it gets shipped but still my status is stuck with refund processing.
If Flipkart Initiated your Refund and not receive in your bank account then YES.
otherwise contact Flipkart, if Flipkart hold your refund.

Will this be of any help for 2x failed IRCTC transactions some 18 months ago? Only 20.56×2 (service charges) was refunded, 995×2 (the base fares) is still missing. SBI CC was absolutely of no help. So visited branch. Initially the complaint was rejected stating “incorrect description” and later closed as 30 days had elapsed. Dozens of emails to IRCTC, tagging Piyush Goyal on Twitter, the Atom Tech PG nothing helped. Planned to file a case in consumer court this summer but COVID19 happened.

Follow the path, you might think directly jumping lines will help, it doesn’t because there is a clause that says that you need to follow this procedure.
Also, do not escalate to Ombudsman for ongoing issues, only after the final decision is posted by the Bank etc, then go to the Ombudsman.
