your views on an ICICI Platinum Credit Card on FD basis

Me thinking to park some money (~35k) to create a icici platinum cc on fd basis, as i don't have any icici cc. i have another banks unsecured cc.
1. as i don't have any icici account, is it possible to get cc without saving account?
2. Is it helpful to getting me another icici cc on unsecured basis in future ?
3. is any pre-close charge or anything, if i cancelled before maturity of fd?

I don't have an icici saving account but i have 5 credit cards from icici
remember , minimum 50k fd is needed for secured card in ICICI , which'll give you 45k limit card.
My ICICI FD card helped me get Amazon pay icici card , so later on i closed FD card.
If you earn more than 20k per month and haven't applied or gotten a credit card, loan in the last 6 months, just apply for it .
It's their basic card, they will surely give it to you, if your finances are in order. No need to park funds in an fd.
I never had any connection with ICICI before but now I have 3 unsecured CC
I just have ICICI Apay.
I want another ICICI one LTF, how to get it??
I read somewhere, I won't get this platinum since I have Apay.
Just tag them on Twitter and ask for platinum they will give you on shared limit basis. After using 3 months you'll automatically get LTF coral rupay card via app. I got mine in same way

2. Is it helpful to getting me another icici cc on unsecured basis in future ? - No; maybe they offer you their Rupay based card for UPI but not sure.
3. is any pre-close charge or anything, if i cancelled before maturity of fd? - 1% interest penalty on pre - mature withdrawal of FD. You cannot cancel/withdraw FD without closing card (clearing all outstanding due on it)
