Zaggle Kuber Cards - delay in activation

Zaggle Kuber card delivered on 15th is still not active. I did not receive an activation SMS, I tried to use it and did not work. I tried to logon to prepaid zaggle website and got a message that card is blocked. Sent a mail to them and they said the card has not been activated yet.
I have only one card. Is this just for me / this specific card or are there others with the same problem?
Hope Zaggle is not going the GCI way. I have 2 more cards in transit.

Another card that was delivered yesterday has been activated today (as expected). Looks that the card that was missed out is an odd one out.

Card bought on 5th delivered on 8th activated on 16th…
That was my first zaggle card which took more time. Rest all activated in one day
Any one facing same issue ? My cards delivered on 14th still not activate . When i called to cc team they are saying technical issue.
My card was activated in 4-5 days. AFAIK, their system is not perfect and some cards get missed out from the 24 hours activation schedule. Follow-up with them and it will be done.
How does Zaggle gets activated…

I have only bought Kuber. You will receive SMS on activation. Super has restrictions, hope you have read the description before buying.
And how will I get intimation ?
