The pay TM wallet doesnt show the refund amount. So, where is my money?
My paytm wallet balance is 371.34. Where is the remaining 20154????
Its not there in my credit card statement as well..

Plz make it quick and ASAP,

So many tickets, no Action, No reply, No Resolution ….. BRILLIANT AND MIND BLOWING CUSTOMER SERVICE.
This is my final email and attempt to have this solved. And If my refund isnt processed by 28th April 2015, I shall proceed legal and will approach consumer court for this.
