My order was delayed by 30 minutes but still not received guarantee.
It's also not showing under benefits page.
It's completely useless membership now
This on time guarantee they give less value coupon benefit not flat 100%
It's also stopped for new buyers
Zomato itself is already significantly downgraded as compared to Swiggy in terms of discounts, bank offers and restaurants availability. Had both Zomato Gold & Swiggy for last few months, but have placed 90% of orders with Swiggy only due to better discount and low minimum order amount for free delivery 149
Yes free delivery should be 149 and above.

If it's 99, then it's best
Zomato takes an extra delivery fee for restaurants that have their own delivery service ( eatclub, eatsure ) with gold membership, While Swiggy doesn't take delivery fees with swiggy one membership.
I have checked, gst amount is also higher in Zomato for equal amount, same restorant order
Gst calculation is completely wrong.
It's not as per 5% slab.
Government and court should look into it
Depends on locality too, in my locality swiggy delivery is slower & unreliable compared to zomato. No point in saving rupees if you are not getting food on the time/getting it cold.
If true then dead gold, need another pro plus platinum membership makeover .
ps - showing ontime guarantee for me
