How to fix captcha strike from cloudfare on desidime site

Hi,
Since one month i am being asked to do captcha verification on every desidime page i visit (cloudfare truck and plane captcha) and a few other sites i regularly visit. (they mostly use cloud protection)
This only happens if i am connected with my wifi, on Mobile data it doesn’t happens.
For fix, i tried
1. privacy pass extension
2. Changed IP address
3. Even pinged dd
But no help.
Please suggest how to fix this as i mostly rely on my wifi. This issue is keeping me away from Desidime.
Same issue also occurs in Mobile app ( bad request)

Not much info about that. I think some sort of ip blacklisting. They only mention cloudfare ray id and my ip address.
ISP i use is a regional service provider called Mutiny system in pune.
This issue wasn’t occuring earlier, facing recently.
Got this in mobile application if using same wifi, some user also reported but its a different thread, can’t find. 
ISP (i mean the IP range seen by Cloudflare) is Tikona, BSNL type ISP?
