Resolved - please provide a close icon on the Desidime feedback icon

How to remove the feedback icon show below on bottom left.
There is no cancel icon.
Also the icon should at least get removed once someone provides a feedback which is not the case here.

Also I have seen similar icons in past which are used to advertise for eg. some  games, there atleast we have the cross button to remove but again there is 1 subsequent issue - the icon pops up again once we navigate to some different page, please try to fix that too.

Yes I see the cross icon on website thanks for that but still not in the app, is it possible to push the changes on app?
