AC recommendations including inverter type <35k

Hi,
Need help with an AC suggestion – esp given FK, shop clues and paytm sales for delivery in 201301 NOIDA.
- split or window
- inverter preferable over 30k.. Ordinary under 30k
- copper coil condenser for it should be easy to maintain
- EER 3+
- low noise ( if possible, at least of indoor unit)
- no brand preference.. But potential issues listed below.
Believe Voltas is shoddy post TATA investment..
We’ve had big issues with LG..
SAMSUNG is selling mostly aluminum condensers..

Shopclues seems to have the cheapest rates followed by paytm and then Flipkart… What are your suggestions on product / brand / model?
