For ladies:
If in New York C21 is definitely worth a visit.
Otherwise look for primark, marshall, boscov stores. I have heard stores in the vicinity are the good ones though. Mostly I prefer buying clothes as they are too fancy for ladies/females specially.
For men’s you don’t ever want to miss shoes they are very comfortable and you can’t get that quality shoes here.
