Cheapest Vodafone Postpaid plan with about 10gb 3g data ?

My father is currently on red 499 postpaid plan with some extra offers. But the overall bill comes to about 600 rupees. He is a retired old person and the bill is too costly for us.
Any suggestions so that he gets about 5-10gb 3G data per month and still the total bill remains below 400 rupees?

Ask them u will port out to Jio … And say I will use their 399 plan which gives 1gb 4g daily upto 84 days + unlimited call …u do negotiation with them and ask them to give me plan at rs.199 with 10gb for year atleast and unlimited calls …
