15000

that is a tight budget.
any specifications and/or requirements in mind (viz processing power or main storage capacity or display) ?

even ASus types might overshoot that budget by 25-30% for decent config.
so mostly it will have to be assembled or some choice components added à la carte. (like choice of input devices, display)

such topics/ help seeking discussions periodically come up here so do try to look up similar recent topics and
check whether any helping insights for your requirements are there. [consider calling out for help (tagging) some of the people who helped backed then with relevant pointers].

Well, A CPU can be made in 15k and that too with great configuration, but you have to assemble it.

Was thinking of this combination..

Intel BX80646G3240 Pentium Dual Core LGA1150 4th Generation Processor

ASUS H81M-CS LGA-1150 Motherboard

Corsair CMV4GX3M1A1600C11 1600MHz 4GB DDR3 Memory Module

WD 1TB Blue Desktop Internal Hard Drive (WD10EZEX)

Will this combination work?
And what other things would be required for assembling the CPU..?

Plz suggest..

You will also need a cabinet and a good power supply. And you cant add a graphic card in this budget, the things you have selected already consumed 12700rs out of 15000 and i think for a good power supply, you have to raise your budget a little.

If you dont play games and just use for watching movies and heavy browsing like 15 tabs open at a time then there is a very cheap method, buy some old pc which having 775 socket, now go to ebay and there are very good processors selling very cheap, two months ago i had bought a core 2 duo 3.00ghz and you can highly overclock it, put this processor in old motherboard then put some 4gb ram and buy some old monitor and you are good to go, you will get your whole pc ready in i think 10000 and you could also include graphic card with remaining budget.

Thinking of buying old cabinet from local shop & i think fan might come around ₹500..
Just one remaining thing to worry about is the graphic card..
Right?

Which fan? If you are talking about power supply, then i dont know much about power supply, there are power supply with 2400rs on amazon with 450w and there are of rs500 too with 450 w, buy it properly because if you would need extra wires to connect to graphics card or some extra thing and a good psu also takes care of the components.
