Add money failed for this card issue for axis card

I am getting issue while adding money to paytm wallet using my axis card ,it showed error as the card u tried to use has failed .This was issue for axis card only ,sbi card is working fine .
Same issue happened with fc also , showing user is not allowed to perform this transaction.
I guess this is card issue.
anyone faced similar issue.Any help?
