After deleting Oxigen VCC balance not refected in Wallet

i too faced same pblm some days back solution is uninstall app n login by verifing OTP now got to VCC any previous bal will be available again, kindly repeat steps 2 to 3 times if bal didn’t reflected give some 1hr time interval btwn repeting process..

But after deleting the VCC the balance is showing in RBL but doesnt shows in Oxigen Wallet Balance.

If u delete VCC then it will not credited to oxigen wallet instead it will avail as RBL fund so from that u can create another VCC n u can load to other various wallets…

Its just u never get ur balance in ur oxigen wallet (main balance) when u ll delete the card the same amount ll reflect in ur unused visa balance. Make a new card with same amount. And u ll get new vcc with balance. Try with paytm oxigen works fine there. But u wont b getting 100 cashback on 1000. Even though they r not allowing citrus wallet.

@cody i think it will be in RBL wallet. it wont show in oxi wallet… create VCC for same amount, you can use it.

Yes while creation it shows the amount … But sometimes it doesn’t shows and their engineers also won’t be able to fix it… Then there comes a normal user… Uninstall the app… Clear it’s cache and again go to create VCC and you will see your amount there.
