Amazon/Flipkart GST bill and return possibilities

Hi,
I would like to purchase a laptop from amazon/flipkart.
Whether the softcopy of bill be available in my account within 2 days of purchase? Or only after delivery of product?

What about return policy ? Can I return it if I don’t like it for refund or to purchase a different model?

Only Replacement will be available that too for Same Model only (In case of wrong/defective product which can’t be repaired by Laptop service center)

Are you not expecting too much..“Can I return it if I don’t like it for refund or to purchase a different model?”
Think about seller too!
Returns for defective/damages are always covered anyways.
Better visit some physical stores like reliance digital etc to get first hand experience of laptops, select few models, note down prices, go back to Amz/FK/TataCliq/Paytm and purchase with best offer(always choose Authorized seller in case of Paytm, or Reputed seller Only in case of FK/AMZ)
