Amazon GIS jan19-22 YONO Bonus Cashback
Today I received 1803 yono cashback for 36821 spent on SBI Credit card after 1500 instant discount in Amazon GIS jan19-22 Sale
In this order I bought a gold coin of worth 36060.
But as per terms & conditions I supposed to receive 5% yono CB + 5% Bonus CB. = 3682. But I received only 1803
* I am not sure whether gold coin was excluded or not for CB at that time. If yes, I should not even get 1803 CB
Any idea? May I know your experience

yes 5% instant and 5% bonus….1500 u received during 18-22 jan…and now 1803 ….this is only offee…bonus and yono cb are the same thing
cant remember exact tnc. better read the tnc again.
I ordered laptop worth 53.5k and should have received 10% cashback according to offer as 5% regular + 5% bonus but received only 5%…….so I think we should wait and bonus cashback will be given in coming days. And moreover it has not been 90 days so we can’t write to Amazon or SBI also , so only option to wait right now.

yes I too received CB, seems too early, usually waiting period is 3 months at the least, me too waiting for bonus CB
I have always received Yono CB within 2 months (very rare cases after 3 months)
and based on my experience, i never got partial CB so if u got the CB once..u may not be getting CB again for the same TX
PS: Contacting Amazon/SBI_Yono for non-credit of CB is of no use [Downside of Yono]

Anyone Received 10% cashback on Debit Card payment? ..I have received 5%+5% cashback as Amazon Pay Balance only. 90 days have passed.
I haven’t received the 5% CB in Amazon Pay even.
Got Rs 1500 cashback in account.
I also got my 5% extra bonus on April 8th

After almost a couple of months of back-and-forth with Amazon CC today was informed that my order wasn’t eligible for cashback. Apparently only EMI transactions were eligible. Also despite providing screen record of the entire order process Amazon still went with SBI Yono’s assertion that it hadn’t been carried out via Yono. Amazon CC sucks. Will mail Jeff Bezos as a last resort. Lesson learnt. A big no to Yono.
sbi yono 5% cashback offer is always separate in any such combination discount offer. Gold coin was not excluded in the usual card offer & I think bonus cb was linked to card offer not yono offer. Gold coins are always excluded in sbi yono amazon offer btw.
edit: It seems like it may be a mistake too from sbi side.wait for experienced members for clarification.
