Where i should contact 10times for refund 
Flipkart is even more generous in this thing, they give 100 rupees to me even if my order is delayed by 1 hour, just have to call and blast them

Actually I bought biscuits for my 🐕 from Amazon and when it came, it was full of insect and ants.
On the same day, I contacted cc and they told me that I’ll get a refund with in 2 hours. But it didn’t even after 2 days.
Then 2 days after the delivery, I contacted them again. And I got the refund.
Then I checked my account for another Order which was also for my 🐕. And I realised that they cancelled that product instead of the biscuits
