Amazon not crediting 1500 icici cashback for purchases during great india sale 28th Sep to 4th Oct 2019

I had placed two orders (44999+5005) during amazon great india sale from 28th sep to 4th oct and as per terms and conditions I got 1000 instant discount and was supposed to get 1500 by 5th jan 2020. I have calling them regularly since 4th Jan 2020 but they are denying the cashback with no reasons. I even twitted but there also they said that your cashback has not been tracked. Can anybody tell me the solution since there might me so many dimers like me whom have been cheated by amazon.
