Completion of contract when both the parties fulfiled their obligations.
So for me for those who recieved the orders contract is complete and amazon should unlock the cash back.
However for thoes who didn’t recived the orders shall wait.

1.Amazon showed me an option to enter Coupon Code.
2. I searched for some amazon coupon code and found that we can apply multiple coupon codes.
3. Applied all coupon codes .
4. While placing order it shows that I will get 1500 cashback.
5. After I placed the order I got 1500/- cashback to my account.

Can someone tell me, if I can be in any legal trouble? I ordered 1200 worth of item and received 1600 as cashback. The items were delivered and the pay balance was not locked. I used up the amazon pay balance. I am worried that amazon can take actions against me for coupon fraud and using up the cashback balance as well. Can anyone help?

They mention in t&c that the offers are given best effort basis. Even if they mention cashback, there’s t&c link there which mentions subject to conditions of the offers applicable.(these are not exact words mentioned, but one can understand the intent).
I lost 900+ cb last year on purchasing gold coin during diwali. I had placed an order and got cb for that. Then placed another other which was also showing the cashback, but in the fineprint it was mentioned subject to max cashback of certain amount. It dint mention that it was cumulative of all orders placed or each order separately. I confirmed with 3 different amazon execs and they said same that i will get both cashbacks full amount which never arrived. I escalated like hell and no matter they dint budge. I even went ahead and placed a formal complaint on consumer forum and still they quoted the same t&c that max cashback has been provided.
So, at the end, I gave up and learned a lesson. Dont blindly trust whats on screen.
Even i didn’t get the last year’s prime day hdfc cashback….esclate likee hell too…. still in esclation doing calls daily from a year… having mails regarding eligibility… complaint in consumer forum to buy got nothing except hedace…
Amazon did not show any terms and conditions when we were placing the orders. Or are there any default terms and conditions which users abide by while placing an order?
Legally, the coupons are unconditional because there was no T&C. It was the duty of the seller to provide the buyer with T&C if there are any.

While signing up in Amazon, we are accepting t&c. As per those t&c, they can do whatever they want. Not just this 1600 Cashback. Your entire Amazon pay can be locked with even 1 lakh citing some reason. Ask flipkart

As per RBI guidelines, one should not have more than one e-wallet in a site. How many different id proof we have added in different Amazon accounts. Countless. Amazon can lock all the accounts.

Did you receive any offer from amazon… that buy the products and you will get cashback? Any email communication from amazon? Any offer listed on amazon site that buy goods worth 1000 and get 1600 cashback?
