Amazon - Unable to receive OTP on account creation

I used the disposable number trick to replace my Indian number with the disposable number found online on one website. After it, I received the email that the original account got locked. I tried creating a new account with the same Indian number but I am unable to receive any top. After contacting with cc,he told that it can be used only after 90 days. Is it correct, if somebody knows the trick to get otp, please share?
