ANDROID phones under 3000 rs ?

all of them have 1 GB or less RAM. will not be of any use as Google apps take about 500 MB.

Either wait for some PE deals or buy a second hand mobile

Phicomm Cue @ 2200 or 2500, i don’t know about current availability but it was best with 2G/3G/4G, 5 inch screen and 2300 Mah battery with lollipop and 1GB Ram

Although the RAM is mentioned as 512 MB however international website and even Indian website mention as 1GB Ram, whatever the case maybe it was available for Rs.2100-2200 with 4G

yes good phone for average usage (sister is using it)
android 5.1 is good
poor camera though.
