I am arriving at madgoan railway station early morning at 4 AM.
willing to book hotel Opposite Kadamba Bus Terminus (5 km far from the station)
can get any transport service at very early morning ? and what will be expected fare?

Yes sir , but most of our waiting rooms didn’t have any proper lockers . So For solo travellers it’s hard to being fresh . But as you told thats last and only option till opening time.

@Pritt3.14 @Icecube GOAMILES is an app which is much similar to Ola or Uber. You just need to add 200 rs to get started via UPI / Cc / dc. Altough this app has less number of drivers right now but still can give it a try. You can opt for cash – so only tax would be deducted from 200 and rest you can pay in cash. Refund when requested would take 8 – 10 days (a drawback)
my personal experience – 1200 cab which local guys were asking (tours & travel / scooty hire guys) got for 700. It was brand new Swift Dzire – 2 days old

@icecube as you asked best and cheapest way their government semi-luxory bus service called kadmba are greart. no need to book online . And their cc no. Is also working . Try that afternoon if some time relevant query.
You can get prepaid tax at railway station, but they would charge very high also you can get other private taxi too but price would be comparatively same but less then prepaid taxi service.
For cheap you can get local buses, which operates only after 7 AM onwards.
Or else motocycle taxi piolet is also an option and it would comparatively cheap then prepaid taxi.

No bike taxis at train arrival timing?

There is nothing like best dealer . You can find bike rental services in every 500 meters in public areas .
Some tips
1) take only yellow no. Plate vehicles.
2) nowadays sellers asking for deposits veries between 500-1000 . Strickly say NO for that.
3) check all parameters before taking delivery .
Accelerator , brakes , side lights , horn , speedometer , fuel gauge , diccky lock , lights ..
4) make a high quality video all around the vehicle . Include seller in some frames . Send the same video to seller at the time of delivery .
Highlight all scratches to seller.
5) prefer to give Aadhar card instead of DL for deposit.
6) mention your return time there if possible.
7) police will not bother you if weared helmet all time .
8) if caught with drink and drive your trip budget will increase .

In the worst case, you can fresh-up at station and wait also until transmit vehicles get available .. there are waiting rooms at every railway station (if you had a reservation for the travelled journey you can use that ticket)
