You’re facing this problem because the sim card you’re using in your jiophone has been ported from another network/circle .
Unfortunately there’s no fix for this issue as of now.
It’s some kinda bug, and always been there.
Original jiophone numbers(created while availing jiophone) will work without any issue.

I was sleepy so when I tried to recharge my phone, I chose a 99 rs pack with 46 gb… unfortunately it was only for a jio phone!
my 99 rs gone to waste as they won’t refund either 
but recharge was done through amazon rather quickly 2 days back
I lost a lot of money due to sleepy eyes and slipped finger
No.. I have been trying for a long time.. JioPhone recharges doesn’t work..
You may try JioPOS Lite btw..
