Hi,I just got tremendous ear pain from 4 days when i was cleaning my ears. There are no doctors nearby due to covid-19.If anyone has got the same issue in past and recovered it ….or are there any doctors in here that can help me?.Ear pain is huge and it is due to the ear wax that got pushed ahead.
Please suggest some solutions

Do you clean your ears on daily basis? If yes, first stop doing that. Do it on a weekly basis or something and only with johnson buds. I used to do the same, scratching my ears before going to sleep, couldn’t even sleep if I didn’t scratch my ears. But there was this night, last year’s October, when the pain got the better of me, it was so intense. Had to take a medicine, which worked great. Never again I am scratching my ears on daily basis now. This is a problem for us the extra sensitive types though, everything bothers us so much Lol.

If you want I can send you the name of the medicine and the ear drop.

Never use anything inside your ears to clean it. Use any good eardrop to liquidify your ear wax and gradually seep it out by gravity. I had this problem since childhood due to some structural issues of my ear canal that prevents the wax from coming out naturally. Used Candibiotic ear drops for about 35 years. But recently was told that it is off market and was given Candibiotic plus. Not as effective but still does the job.
Warning: might increase the pain after application, as the wax softens and slides out of the canal.

Continue your medication. While sleeping sleep on that side . And heat a cloth slightly and put it near ear. it may give you some comfort and the heat may soften the wax so that it can come out easily.

There is a very good ear drop called candibiotic…. have these drops and your pain will go away… If the pain is excess take one garlic peal it off and place it outside how you plug a earphone

Sorry to hear about your situation, I have had that in past and I know how painful and uncomfortable it is, ….I was put on heavy antibiotics as treatment, the frequent scratching with bud caused an infection on eardrum, the culprit was the ear bud, my doctor suggested me should never ever use ear buds to clean, little wax accumulation is not a problem, itself is gets removed naturally but if the build up is more u can buy wax removal med from chemist….since then I never bothered my ears with buds and never had any kind of ear problem.

Soliwax ear drop is for ear discomfort and it dissolve ear wax. My doctor asked me to use it for 3 days before cleaning my ears. It might not be useful in pain. Dont ask help here and go to doctor now.
