I met a guy named “Vikas Johar” in goa…He is from Dehradun..
As he was in trouble, i helped him & gave him 6000 rs… he told he will return once he reached home… Blindly i trusted him… But now he is not answering my calls & switch off most of the times… ultimately he is fraud

This one was OLD Offline Fraud usually happens in Railway and Bus Station!
