Anyone's cashback amazon unlocked ?

My too locked what to doo

I got my order today without any lock yeaahh

My only 52 rs got unlocked

once locked can’t be unlocked, either u accept order if they deliver or get full refund

My product order for 1200/- is cancellled. And amazon pay cashback of 600/- is locked.

Once the product got autocanelled, refund of 599/- credited back to my bank account.

But regarding the 600/- locked amazon pay balance, CS team said they will settele it by 23 july. Either by unlocking amazon paybalance or crediting back money to bank account.

i have placed order Rs.1199
got cashback of Rs.1000
after that they locked cashback
then they cancelled my order and refunded only Rs.199
finally amazon got cashback from my side

They are firm on their statement.

Now a days Amazon CC team started to talk like reliance CC team. They only reply with preformated message…am here to help. I should have done it, but system is not allowing me. Please wait for 10 days. This only happend once. never happens again…

once even i asked. Will you agree is amazon starts to pay youmontly salary in amazon pay balance instead of bankcredit. And amazon asks you to do all your expenses from amazonpay balance.

Still no reponse. we will settle everything by 23 july.

how do u know its locked or un locked?

Hey Anyone Got full refund for their returned order as today is 23rd july..Full refund i mean Refund + Adjusted Cashback in amazon..Also Did amazon Unlock Ur Cashback Gift voucher or not???
Mine is Still Locked thats y i m concerned..bdw i got 25rs compensation.. 😂

I can understand your concern and I have checked with the details about it, Really sorry that the refund is not initiated till now, Upon checking I can see that the refund is blocked due to cashback issue and we have already escalated this issue and our team is working on it, since a lot of customers faced the same issues, it is taking more time than expected to get this issue resolved, So kindly wait for 3-5 business days at max, your refund will be credited soon.

They are issuing a refund manually to your original source of payment. They have asked to wait for 48 hours. You will get the refund.

Amazon is getting so pathetic, same scripted replies no solution

same copy paste answers to all of us..Now we have to be aware of Amazon as they are being very chindi now…Still not able to rectify this after taking so much time for it..As compared to Flipkart now Flipkart is improving day by day.If this type of thing ll go on i don’t so amazon ll stay in India for long..

My cashback gc is still locked, they told it will be resolved by 23rd. They added Rs. 25 as compensation. Seems they are gonna swallow our money and won’t unlock the cashback gv @Roushh

Bdw they cant take our money like this as its illegal to do this and why such a big company like amazon would do this type of illegal thing..coz most of the people don’t even get the products..
So no one has the right to take our money and dont give us the product..
If i dont get my money i m surely sue them..
