currently my E8231 dongle not supports USSD option but it has 3G only mode .
I doubt if i update the dongle , USSD option will come but 3G only option will be lost .
Anyone has a firmware / solution to get 3G only as well as USSD options both

Use MDMA app. IIRC AT commands might be needed.
