Na, re. Back then it was just “dad ka paisa” for buying useless and “cool” stuff from sites like Bazee.com (now eBay.in).
There has not been one single instance in my tens of thousands of online orders (yes, tens of thousands!) where I wished I placed a COD order instead of prepaid. I just did not (and still don’t) see the benefit. Keep in mind that I rarely deal with new and unheard of merchants/sites so the trust factor is usually not an issue.
And, sometimes, ordering prepaid pays off — big time!
