Need for bharat qr transaction i need a visa card.
Does openning a/c in this, gives me visa card ?

Firstly, you can’t avoid these charges in any bank account. They have the right to deduct these charges for SMS Alert service as per RBI. This service includes all sms regarding your bank account.

I have 4 months old ASAP account. Their Virtual Visa card is not working for BharatQR. Failing always. Atleast not working for me, I don’t know about old Asap account holders.
They are charging Rs.15 + 18% GST for one quarter for SMS service.
