The annual charges that bank levies that is on the account or the debit card?
Current using axis youth account and they levy 470 per annum.
so if I block my debit card and dont use any card then will there be any annual charges ever??

Yes. That is what i am saying. If i dont use atm card and block my card. Still they will charge?
