BESCOM bill payment

So long story short, BESCOM screwed up and sent me a wrong bill of 3k. I went to their office and they updated it as Rs. 1200. But now whenever I check – freecharge or Mobikwik they show the 3k bill. Only Paytm seem to be pulling the latest data and showing the bill as 1200. I wanted to use freecharge as there seems to be a good coupon for bill payments.
