I have 3 recharges pending since 6th January and no refund since 16 days.
No reply to emails.
Customer care toll free number busy all the time.
Seems i am not the only one facing problems…

Mine 50 stuck too since 9th Jan but no response even after repeated reminders.
Working fine here. 
mine is showing wallet balance as -100.
mailed them twice but still no reply.
Almost 1 month,payzapp still not refunding.
They say we have refunded.
Refunds from every other website comes in max 1-3 days. :/

I have mailed them and response was fast. With tracking no.
I did not like the app, Downloaded > Installed > UnInstalled 
Why doesn’t everyone give them a bad rating on playstore and mention it because of their backend support !!
Their offers are crazy. Now not worth keeping a tab.
same here.. Loaded 100 Rs and transaction went fine but not showing in payzapp. No reply from customer care from last 10 days. 
finally got refunded after almost 60 days.
