Dear Dimers,

As Big Billion Day and Great Indian Festiva are approaching, I know that like me a lot of people must haveput their purchases on hold to avail the benefits. The next challenge is to have the specific bank cards to actually gain something from these sales. I came up with the following as a workaround to have multiple cards. Any inputs and previous experiences would help me and as well as others. So, please feel free to comment.

1. Big Billion Day, Flipkart: Axis (debit/credit) + ICICI (credit)

Amazon pay icici card is pretty easy to generate and is free for lifetime. I just got one approved and got a cashback of 600. This is a standalone standard ICICI card and should work. Both ICIC and Flipkart couldn’t answer my questions on the eligibility for discounts though.

2. Great Indian Festival, Amazon: SBI

There’s an option in SBI net banking to generate a one time use prepaid debit card. I have used it earlier but don’t know if it will be valid for the discount.

Amazon ICICI card works fine on Flipkart during sales. I had used it last time to purchase phones and got instant discount of 10% plus the regular 1%.

Discounts are not applicable for SBI prepaid cards.

Which sale will give deep discount? (GIF/BBD) or (DIWALI SALE)

in my experience, similar offers are there. Use some price tracking tool and you will get some insight.
All should be 10% up to 1500 or 2000.

You can check it here: https://www.amazon.in/cbcc/mark...ge.

As I am an ICICI customer it happened in less than a minute without any documents.
