BigBasket delivery token gone

Living in Bangalore I’ve used Bigbasket frequently. One particularly good thing was if you added more than Rs 1000 to your wallet, it gave you a free delivery token, which could be used in future if your total checkout amount was less than Rs. 1000. I tried to do the same yesterday but didn’t get any delivery token. Later when I contacted them they told free delivery token scheme has been withdrawn from 18th Jan. With hardly any offers coming for existing user (Orders below Rs, 1500), this is really going to affect using Bigbasket from now on.

What about old delivery tokens? I had around 5 tokens..

I ordered today. Delivery tokens are valid.
Bill amount neglects the token but money is not taken from wallet correctly.
