Coolpad sends out invites for launch on 15th January ---NEW MOBILE LAUNCH !!

Ahead of the launch on the 15th of January, Coolpad has sent out media invites for their upcoming event where they are expected to launch a new entry level handset. The event is scheduled to be held in New Delhi and we’ll be bringing you more straight from the event of course.

In the meanwhile, rumors suggest that this handset might be a companion device to the much lauded Coolpad Note 3 instead of being a successor. Expected to be priced lower than the Note 3, there is reason to believe that Coolpad will retain highlight features like the 3GB of RAM for multitasking.

Also worth noting is that Coolpad has repeatedly emphasized ‘Small Is The New Big’ which has us inclined to believe that the handset will drop in size while packing similar internals. All said and done, there’s not much time left for the launch of the handset and we can’t wait to see what the company has lined up for us.
