Booking Hotel Room need Help

Hi need help regarding booking hotel room in Pune.
Due to some office work me and some coworkers are coming to pune early in morning day before work. Our usual hotel is full on booking. So while searching on various websites i found that there hotel check in time is usually 12pm and check out time is 11 am. As we are arriving around 08 am so for 4 hours we have to pay for 2 days ?
Or as some coworkers suggested that direct going to hotel will be better as check in at 8 am will not be considered as 1 more day and we have to pay for only 1 day for staying upto 11 am next day.
Also can some one guide for decent non ac hotel room nearer to MG Road Camp Pune.

There used to be a sunrise check-in option in oyo. Check if its still there
Its official work but still your company is not paying for this?

U just select hotel and call them and ask them that u want check in at 8.00 a.m. if they allow then only u book that hotel. Generally they allow if they have some empty rooms.
