Can you explain how 15 GB data plan is more good than 1592Gb data plan apart from being 1Rs cheaper per day.
With the super fast speed bsnl has you wont be able to use even 500 mb in a day 
Depends bro, in my nearby park BSNL gives upto 1 mbps speed, but in my home it doesnt exceed 200 kbps, so connectivity varies area to area, same for all operators
