Can someome help me in landing a job at Dubai?

It’s been already more than a month, but I’ve failed to have a job out here! I won’t be giving up, no matter what!
Can someone lend a helping hand in landing a job at Dubai?

I am here and already repenting! I’ve already started missing my parents; they’re alone, though there’re neighbours and relatives nearby!
P.S: I am a Mechanical Engineer with a year Experience!
Mmmm…. I have also passed through this ,went there for one month, struggled finding job, last five days were left in visa expiring and I got job through Reference, returned India and waited for employment visa but to my surprise my employment visa was rejected by uae 
, don’t know why they don’t give reason.
For the job, bro you have to try no one will give you any helping hand there all will say mail your CV and all.
There are many good websites bayt dubizzle is must try, you must have tried them.

Ya! It seems most of the people are hired here through ‘Reference’ which I don’t have ; a year experience too ain’t adequate I feel, most of the recruiters atleast need 2-5 yrs of exp..
Will 10k emails or huge database helps ?
My 2 dirhams
- stick to your niche areas like mechanical, (2nd could be of your intt like mgmt, online activity, IT)
- select companies of your choice and which are expanding , which have some connections with xyz (where u worked already ) or having known clients.
- manage some walk-in sort of , to get insight of Shaikhs.
- improve your network through linked in, Angel investor etc.
- select probable 50 employers and concentrate only on them for one month.
- check Dubai Investment World , emirates related websites , to know which areas getting more expansions.
- built some secondary skill in addition to Mech., like soft skills, mgmt, IT , coaching, PR, or whatever.
