I think the minimum amount most recharge sites allow for DTH is 100. As for splitting recharges to get a pack, I don’t think that is going to work. Add the money in as many recharges as you want to increase your balance. Then use your balance to activate the pack online or call customer care to do it for you.

Wrong! You can not activate a pack by recharging with multiple amounts that add up to the cost of the pack. I am 100% certain about this.
