can we reject cash on delivery ?

can we reject cash on delivery ? is it ok ? I ordered with jabong cash on delivery but they charge 40 rupees for all cod orders so i want to cancel it and want to buy it online so that to reduce the 40 rupees..

The courier boy have no right to pick our pockets. Make new orders and refuse to accept the pvs. one.
