Tbh it’s tough even I lost many.. But if its critical use external card reader and try running recovery program.
If not, there are paid service which should be able to do it…
We have seen in case of harddisk, memory card might also be possible

Did you copy any other files on mmc after the delete? Then it’s probably over wrtten by new files, and can’t be recovered
