Online shoppers who have a bad track record while opting for cash on delivery (CoD) may not be given this option by e-tailers giant like Flipkart, Amazon, Paytm and others. The e-tailer giants are in the mood to deny this option to e-commerce shoppers. According to the E-commerce portals and e-tailers, around 65 per cent of the e-commerce business is executed through cash on delivery option. These e-tailers complain that around one-third of the cash on delivery assignment is not accepted by the e-shoppers because they take cash on delivery option for granted while doing online shopping.
