Maybe the charging port of your cell phone is damaged. I had the similar problem with my Redmi 2 Prime and got it repaired by the service center as it was under warranty.

Get it replaced quickly if it’s in period, or show to any mobile wala carbon layer must be deposited on charging slot due to rainy season.
